City permit approved — design moves forward

We are thankful that the City of Virginia Beach approved our conditional use permit in October. The application was submitted in June after the land was purchased in May.

We are working with a local engineering firm on a single-level floor plan that includes a large meeting room, children's meeting rooms, offices and fellowship rooms, and a cafeteria that opens to a patio overlooking Kemps Lake.

More than $1,056,000 has been offered toward construction so far. We continue to look to the Lord for the remaining provision.
