Modification of Conditions approved for the revised plan
On September 1, 2026 the City of Virginia Beach approved our Modification of Conditions to the existing Conditional Use Permit (Religious Use) for 5263 Greenwich Road, covering the redesigned single-story meeting hall.

April 2026 update: redesign and contractor on board
We have redesigned the building to a single story (saving ~$500K), signed with a local contractor, and updated our finances. Earliest groundbreaking: Fall 2026. (Financial figures pending May 2026 update.)

City permit approved — design moves forward
In October the City of Virginia Beach approved our conditional use permit. We are now working with a local engineering firm on the design.

Land purchased on Greenwich Road
At the end of June, the church closed on a 1.7-acre parcel at 5263 Greenwich Road — central, accessible, and overlooking Kemps Lake.
